{ Up, Up and Away! }

It was one year ago today, September 7, 2009, I received my first iMac as a birthday gift from my husband Charles.  This gift was to help begin a new chapter in my life, a journey, an adventure, a dream, of opening my own photography business.

This dream has taken many hours, days and months of learning what it takes to not only design your own website and with the help of a great friend get the mechanics behind it to work…but to put all the pieces in place to start a business.  Yes, it’s been hard work, but I have truly enjoyed all the learning along the way!

I give thanks to my family who has given me tremendous support this past year, to the friends that have given their technical expertise, their time, their advice in helping me to get my business off the ground and to the many others, I am truly grateful and without your help could not have made this dream come true.

With a bit of nervousness, a lot of excitement…I am finally ready to share with you my new website, and mostly welcome you to “Joyful Reflections Photography…Capturing the JOY of life!”

These photos are from the Plainville Hot Air Balloon Festival which I recently attended and loved!

    I especially like the composition of the second hot air balloon – that would be so cool blown-up and framed on a kids pottery barn wall. All my best to you in this business!ReplyCancel
