Photo Challenge for this week “Spooky.”

After an incredibly crazy week I was finally able to work on my photo of the week.  With this challenge I wanted to try something new…not only with photographing but Photoshop too.  I participate in these photo challenges to challenge myself not only artistically but to push myself to learn new ways to edit photos using Photoshop and other software products.

Thanks to a good friend Ally I had just this opportunity!  We went out together on a photo shoot and took some images of her as a victorian lady and to be honest I loved so many of those images I really didn’t want to make her appear ghostly by editing them but that was what this challenge was all about.  Because I loved so many of the photos I had a hard time deciding which one to turn ghostly…spooky!

Here is the image I created for the challenge, however I was so completely exhausted after creating it, and it was so late at night that I forgot to submit it to the group and therefore I was not able to compete for this week’s top ten.  I wonder how I would have done?   It doesn’t really matter…because everything I learned to create this image was rewarding enough for me.  I also added another image I created and was considering for the photo challenge but couldn’t decide which one I liked better?  How about you…which one do you find more spooky?
