{ Project 52 – Week 37 }

This was a very special week for me and a fellow photographer Daphne Ellenburg who were guest bloggers on MCP Actions.  We were honored to write the post and be able to choose the top photos for this week’s challenge.  So take a moment and head on over to check out the winner’s.  If you like what you see…click of the photo it will bring you to the photographer’s page and you’ll be able to leave them a little love.  Everyone loves feedback regarding their work.  Now…here is my photo for the week.  Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Snapping!

Theme for this week “Momentous Moments.”

On September 11, 2011 Michael and many other cub scouts proudly helped the fire fighters in our town to set up 343 flags and 343 illumination candles around our town green. One flag and candle to represent each fire fighter who lost their life on 9/11.   Our fire chief then lead us through a wonderful and very moving ceremony to honor the fire fighters. It was wonderful to feel we did our part to never forget what happened to our country ten years ago this week and we give thanks today for all the service men and women who keep us protected. May God Bless America always!
