{ Project 52 – Week 22 } And a Sneak Peak too!

Theme for this week “Reflection.”

This week’s challenge filled my heart with so much joy as I photographed this darling little boy Ryan.  It brought back so many memories of my little boy when he was around Ryan’s age and it reminded me too on how time passes by so quickly.

The innocence of childhood….

The simple joy and love for the little things in life.  Like looking for frogs in a pond…and trying to catch fish with a pole made from a tree limb.

I could have photographed Ryan all day he was just so adorable.  He made me chuckle so many times and his smile…and those dimples…precious…so precious.

I was told Ryan looks a bit like Huck Finn in the photo of the week!  It has a Mayberry look!  I’ll take that as a compliment!

I love the natural look on his face…like he’s keeping an eye open for fish in the pond…he didn’t catch anything but he surely had a good time looking for them and the frogs too!

I love his reflection in the pond… you just wonder what this little guy is pondering about…could he be reflecting on all the things he has done in his young life.

Oh…and something for Mom, a sneak peak of a few photos!  I loved processing some of these images differently and I hope you enjoy them!

I truly enjoyed meeting you Trudi…our time together…out little chats…and I look forward to seeing you again real soon!

Catherine: These photos could have been taken in the early part of the last century!!! You really can’t tell. I also love the reflection in the water…..perfect. You certainly know how to capture the moment. I hope he had fun, too.ReplyCancel
