Patriotic.

Project 52
Week 41 ~ Theme for this week’s photo challenge “Red and/or White and/or Blue.”

With everything that happened to us in New England and the whole East coast this past week, I was lucky enough to adventure out and capture a photo for this week’s challenge.  I have always wanted to find an American flag on the side of a barn in New England.  I have always loved that look….so Patriotic…so American!  Well this week I discovered just that barn and a whole lot more!  A terrific place to photograph!

To my surprise…it was only 20 minutes from our home!  That makes it even more inviting!  You can bet I’ll be back there throughout the year!

Ok…tomorrow is Election Day and with our country in much needed help do the American thing…get out and vote!  “Believe in America…VOTE!  It’s your right!!

What a gorgeous find! It’s just perfect for this week’s theme! I love the fall color surrounding the barn – it’s just wonderful! And I’m so glad that you and your family are ok 🙂ReplyCancel

So American – this shot. We are such a patriotic bunch and love our flag to bits! I’ve been to a few other countries, and no where else do flags live so prominently in the private sector (public places, sure, but not in the yards and windows of every citizen). I love coming home and seeing the flags waving in yards everywhere I look!ReplyCancel
