    It is so true. I never realized so concretely before how we are all connected until I did my first free hug event last December. I mean, I read about being one in spirit, etc. but giving free hugs to “strangers” really does open your eyes! And it makes you really believe in that 1 true Spirit that binds us all.ReplyCancel

Sunday at the Coventry Farmers’ Market.

If you haven’t been to the Coventry Regional Farmers’ Market then you must!  It’s held every Sunday, June through October from 9am – 2pm at the Nathan Hale Homestead located at 2299 South Street in Coventry Connecticut!  I had the sheer pleasure of spending some time by myself this past Sunday and I decided to head on…
