Catherine …Your dad was one of the best men I ever knew because he enjoyed life and loved his family…every last one even if you weren’t born into it. He loved parties (family gatherings) and friends and people. He loved to garden and 4H fairs and all the real fun things in life…you have a special dad and everyone who knew him knew he was fun to be around.   So sorry to hear that your father has entered Eternal Heaven. You heart is heavy and that’s ok. Time will help you. Keep all the wonderful memories you had together close to your heart and you will find strength. I still talk to my Dad from time to time and I still weep.
