Project 52 – Week 28
Theme for this weeks photo challenge “Texture.”
This past week has been very exciting for us. Michael is going for his first appointment with a modeling agency tomorrow afternoon and Mom had to create a CD of images to give them. So of course, I had to take some photos with his latest look… a good reason for a photo session or even two!
I decided to take one of the images from our time together and apply a texture I found on Flickr. It’s great finding and playing with different textures in Photoshop. Do you have a favorite? I would love for you to share a photo with me of yours. In comments, put a link to it!
It’s interesting how textures work and how you can erase the effect where you don’t want it applied. I love this split look, Michael is actually leaning against our shed and under the green wall on the left hand side it has green natural background. I also love how the image makes his green eyes pop and I did not photoshop them…I just found some great light. Kinda cool. What do you think?

I love this photo~~ Michael’s eyes are simply amazing. What a wonderful memory for him you’ve made here and that texture is so cool. I love the little fern plant that shows on the bottom left. Good luck to Michael on his modeling appointment. I am sure he will do awesome! Great work my friend…….
Good luck! I’m sure he’ll do well with those amazing green eyes! Great job!
Great photo! He’s quite a handsome guy and you really made the most of those eyes! Good luck on the modeling venture!
Love this shot! Michael you are quite the young man and love those green eyes! Good luck with your modeling you would do great!
