Project 52 ~ Week 24
Photo Challenge for this week “B&W Portrait.”
Last weekend I had the most wonderful Saturday afternoon. I attended an outdoor photo session and workshop with Lindsay Adler a top fashion photographer from NYC. We learned different techniques as we photographed three beautiful models. Lindsay told us as portrait photographers to always carry a piece of black and a piece of white lace in your camera bag. You can use it to create so many soft and beautiful images…which is what I tried to do in this image. I love how Laina’s eyes still pop through the lace.
I tweaked it using my new Nik Software. Love this software! I wanted to give it a dramatic effect versus soft and feminine.
This portrait was featured as one of the top ten photos of the week! Here are all the winners…feel free to click on each image and leave them a little love. It would put a big smile on their face!
