Project 52 – Week 15
Theme for this week’s challenge “Stackable.”
I can hardly believe I placed in the top ten photos of the week for the weekly challenge again! I’m getting pretty lucky these days…or is my photography just getting better? You be the judge. I am surely trying to improve with each challenge pushing myself to learn something new whether it’s lighting, composition or the trick of using a piece of 12 x 12 scrap booking paper for background as I did in this image. A technique one of the photographers in our group recommended. That’s why I love doing these projects…it pushes you to be creative and gives you a great opportunity to learn.
I love Necco’s and haven’t had them in ages so I stopped by our local CVS and purchased some. I thought to myself buy them…photograph them…then eat them! That’s exactly what I did! Eating these candies reminds me to always keep the child alive in you. Have you had one on your favorite all time candies lately? Indulge and give yourself a treat!

Congratulations Catherine! This is one amazing well composed shot. You are rocking it…….
Well deserved – it’s a great photo!
Love the colors! Great shot Catherine and congrats on winning again!
I love this candy as it has a very long HISTORY, as I’ve seen it’s documentary on the HISTORY channel
Congrats on making TOP TEN!
I used to eat these all the time. Love the soft color here. I need to use my scrapbook paper more often! Great choice for a backdrop.
